Hi, I’m Julia! I’ve been proud to call Greensboro home since 2003, and if there’s one thing I know for sure, it’s that the right home can completely change the trajectory of your life. My own journey started at 22 when I bought my first house as a single mom. Taking that leap of faith to build a permanent, safe space of my own was incredibly empowering—and it ignited a lifelong obsession with real estate. A couple of years ago, I realized I needed to follow that passion, so I left my 9-to-5 to pursue real estate full-time, and I haven't looked back since! Today, my life is a wonderfully full house. I’m a 31-year-old newlywed, a mom to two wild and wonderful boys, and the designated wrangler of two dogs and a cat! Because my husband works in construction and remodeling, our entire family truly lives and breathes the housing industry. (Though, when we need a break from the beautiful chaos, you can almost always find us escaping to the beach to recharge). I know firsthand that a home is so much more than just a roof and walls; it’s the backdrop for your family's best memories, biggest milestones, and messiest routines.
